When clients have a seemingly unsolvable problem, they call Cathy. She creates a safe environment to make the difficult achievable.
This ability is grounded in extensive experience as both a corporate manager and organizational consultant. As a business manager for 14 years at Hallmark Cards, she led diverse teams in consistently exceeding business objectives. Her span of control included marketing, product development, inventory control, logistics, merchandising, and creative staff. In addition, she collaborated with sales, advertising and manufacturing to ensure the success of her teams’ programs.
This front-line experience enhances her ability to assess situations and deliver pragmatic and effective solutions for clients. She excels at designing and delivering integrated programs that drive meaningful change and connects with individuals across all levels of an organization, including serving as an ad hoc member of senior leadership teams. Her work is distinguished by an ability to build connections, understand business challenges and neutralize difficult issues that impede organizational progress.
Cathy transforms your team from dysfunctional to high performing and your relationships from impeding to empowering results.
When she's not consulting, Cathy is a writer, keynote speaker, soccer coach, and foster mom for rescue pups. She strives to bring positive change in all of her endeavors.
